CADD Documents

A Compact Diskette containing "Project Alignment, Profiles, and Typical Cross-Sections for Conceptual Design of the POM Tunnel" in CADD format is available for a $9.00 fee upon request.  

To order, please complete the Exempt Documents/Security System Plan Distribution Form below and submit along with a written request on company letterhead that is signed by a Principal of your firm to d6.contracts@dot.state.fl.us.

Payment will only be accepted by credit card.  Be sure to include your return address, along with the type of credit card to be used (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), the card number and the expiration date with your request. 

The CD containing the documents will be distributed after the request has been validated and payment has been approved.
